JL Crates & Wax — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Because we sell vintage and pre-owned vinyl, normal signs of age and wear may be present. Please review the listing description, condition notes, and photos carefully before purchasing. Photos show the actual record being sold unless otherwise stated.

Condition & Playback
Records are visually and/or playback graded where applicable. Minor surface noise, sleeve wear, writing, stickers, or other age-related characteristics may be present and will be reflected in the listing whenever known. These disclosed conditions are not considered defects.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible. Please include photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We'll work with you to make it right.

Return Shipping
For approved returns due to buyer preference or change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If we made an error or an item arrives damaged or materially not as described, Classic Press Records will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for buyer-preference returns.

Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Before Sending a Return
Please contact Classic Press Records before mailing any return. Do not send returns without authorization. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.
